Some items may ship separately depending on supplier availability. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent by email when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any available shipping options and rates will be shown before you complete your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PawHaul Supply is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at support@pawhaulsupply.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the supplier or carrier.
Items That Ship Separately
Because some PawHaul Supply products are fulfilled by different supplier partners, items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments. This does not mean anything is missing from your order. Additional tracking information will be provided when available.
Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawhaulsupply.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has started processing.
