Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your PawHaul Supply order. If something is not right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging when possible.

Before Sending Anything Back

Please contact us before sending any item back. Because some products are fulfilled by different supplier partners, the correct return process and return address may vary by item.

To start a return, email us at support@pawhaulsupply.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned with missing parts or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawhaulsupply.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. This helps us work with the supplier or carrier to resolve the issue faster.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll confirm the return process and any applicable shipping instructions when you contact us.

Exchanges

We may not always be able to offer direct exchanges due to supplier inventory and fulfillment processes. If you need a different item, size, or color, contact us and we’ll let you know the best option.

Orders That Ship Separately

Some PawHaul Supply products may ship separately depending on supplier availability. If your order arrives in multiple packages, this does not necessarily mean anything is missing. Tracking will be provided for each shipment when available.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@pawhaulsupply.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has started processing.
